Looking for a duo partner

I'm predominantly an adc, so I would like to find a support duo partner, but I am also decent as a support, so I can support you, my main adc is varus, I'm mr4 with him, and I'm a b5 player, I don't play ranked too much, in total I think I've played 15 games in ranked this season, I would like to play ranked but have someone I can count on to support me well enough, or someone I can count on as an adc, I have been playing team builder a lot recently on a regular basis, so I would like to think my skills have increased, please send me a message in game if interested, my on game name is same as here
