S5 S6 and S7 Diamond Jungle Main LFT

Grinded Diamond in all 3 queues earlier in the season and now looking for a way to make League fun again. Looking for a team of players with similiar backgrounds as me that want to put some serious effort into creating cohesion and climbing the ladder.
