I'm not going to burst your bubble or anything but right now, you need to work your way up to silver/gold if you want to start looking for teams. I'm not trying to be an ass but you need to begin shaping yourself as a player and truly learning the game inside and out before you start playing with teams [slayer-jinx-catface]
