Looking for a Top and Bot lane for flex q and tourneys! Silvers and Gold players welcome

Me and my comrade SHAQ 34 (bet u can't guess his favorite basketball team) have recently decided that we want to get back into competitive play. It wont be as stressful as lcs, seeing as we are both Gold V, but it will still be fun and competitive. We want to at least practice one game a day and those games would be in the afternoon around 1:00 PM PST. I am a JG main but can go anywhere and my friend is MID main but can go anywhere and stomp.
