Looking for a ranked team

I would like to join a serious ranked team with players around Gold or higher elo , im currently Gold 2 main support. With a serious team i mean players who want to work as a team, communicate and have a more permanent roster as well as want to learn and advance in League. Add me ingame if this sounds interesting.

Thnx for your time :)
