LF active players for rank team (Silver V+)

Me and my friends wants to make a team that will be active and play rank team games often. We also want to do some light competitive tournaments as a team if we get enough players and time management. We are not looking for any specific roles, we just want decent amount pool of players interested so we can make the team and assign roles from there.
