We are a growing eSports community. Looking to put together a serious ranked 5s / dynamic team. We currently have JG and ADC filled. We are looking to grow as a team and eventually striving for high level competitive play. It is a long haul idea and look to hopefully achieve this feat one day. As some of you may have seen me posting in forums before, a good friend of mine and myself will be coaching this group of individuals that are chosen. And speaking of chosen, there is a tryout process we are going by. It is as follows ...

Phase 1: We spectate you in a game of your choosing, in the role of your application. We do this to get a sense of how you are with your awareness and overall mechanics (positioning, farming, build orders, etc).

Phase 2: We move into a game with the other solidified members of the team, with us filling what positions are left. And we then get a feel for your voice communication, and how you mesh with the group.

Phase 3: If you make it to this point, you did very well compared to the other players applying for your specific position. Welcome to the team.

Please if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to add me or the other coach in game. Or message in here, as I will try my best to keep tabs on it.

So I have been thinking of actually answering one of these wanted ads, but the thing is, I don't solo q rank anymore and haven't since S3 or S4. I feel I am confident when i solo norms, I just had bad experiences solo ranking in the past. Would that be a huge "turn off" or would you still be willing to give someone like me a shot if they wanted to tryout?

Weakness: Over extending (chasing)/ getting greedy, I talk too much (goofing around but having fun), I am still shaking off some rust and adjusting to changes Team Experience: I have joined a couple of small teams that never really did anything or just went into team limbo.

IGN: crabface5 AGE: 16 RANK (current): Silver V, but rapidly increasing (Hoping to be Gold IV at least by June) Timezone: Central Role applying for: Support Comfort champions for that role: Braum Morgana Thresh TahmKench Nautilus I've played 7 different supports this season, but I have a champ pool of 10+, and looking to expand to 20+ champs (Particulalry Alistar Bard Lulu ) Strengths: Not dying late game, warding, can carry as supp, shotcalling (Great especially when behind), objective control, not a jerk, don't flame, isn't toxic, good ping for the most part (Usually ~35ish), synergizes easily Weakness: Current Schedule (Little funky until early May), kinda bad laptop ($200, but hey... league), sometimes I do some off-meta champs (Anivia Supp*), personally i feel that I sound a little weird (Not like voice wise, but explanation wise) Team Experience: Been on a few "serious teams," but never got to placements. Been looking for a team since August(?), was on a scrim team for Team Necrosis

Would love to interview before phase 1, but eh... I kinda like voice interview's to get a feel of what the team is before getting too deep in it. If you reply to this post in the next 4-5 days if your interested, I'll friend and we can go on from there

IGN: Qrow Shadow AGE: 26 RANK (current): Bronze 4 Timezone: Central Role applying for: Support Comfort champions for that role: Thresh Braum Nautilus Anivia Zilean , also have several other picks that I've been working on since the end of last season such as Anivia Bard Blitzcrank Chogath Illaoi Lulu + too many others to list. I basically play what I feel is good for the team at any given time and go from there. Strengths: strong laning phase and objective focus, high level of confidence in the role (support main since season 3), team oriented player Weakness: I take kills i shouldn't sometimes ( working on stopping that), can be a bit overly aggressive at times but always recognize the mistake and correct it immediately Team Experience: I play with friends regularly in league, also part of a solid raiding team in a different game Tues-Thursday night so I work with others in a team-like setting on a regular basis. Also have breifly played on other teams in LoL before that have fallen apart do to other people's inactivity.

my availability at the moment is a bit specific at the moment but i am willing to work that out if/when added to the team. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

IGN: lm bad at riven AGE: 20 RANK (current): gold 4 Timezone: pst Role applying for: top lane Comfort champions for that role: graves maokai dr mundo riven Strengths: PMA, lane control, vision Weakness: now this is the real question i have to many to list as with most players so i will give 3. im really trying hard to work on this but it still slips sometimes blaming people for mistakes when i could make less and still win the game, i am reactionary to often instead of looking for plays or thinking what we do to win i watch the enemy and counter what they do, i have not watched pro games sense worlds and i didn't watch alot of that so i am most likely behind on some picks and strats but if i get onto the team i will research them. Team Experience: ive played with countless teams in my years of playing league the most successful was plat 3 and i played with them for 6 months

Strengths: I dont die often, which explains my solid KDAs. Weakness: If im not playing an aggro laner, i play too passive and farm until teamfights. (I put decision making as a strength, but shot-calling as a weakness because I tend not to call out macro calls, but more of micro, like who to focus, summoners, wards, and positioning on enemies)

Weakness: Sometimes i have bad tunnel vision but working on it. Team Experience: i've played with around 3 teams but ended not being as serious as i wanted it to be.
