Just looking for new people to play with, serious or casual

A lot of the people I started playing with (back in beta) are all gone by now, which leaves me with friends left to enjoy the game with. I'm just looking for people who I can get on expect to be able to play and have fun with. If we play more towards ranked or otherwise, than that's fine too. I'm currently like S4? I was gold 2 at one point last season, but between decay and tilting I plummeted down pretty hard. Anyhow, tldr: I'm looking for new people to play with.
