Designated times for all 5 players to show up and play for 2-3 hours minimum.

A constant agreement of continuing to grow as a team

Not only teammates but people that will grow to be nothing but good friends in the end

Possibility of doing Tournaments, LANs, meet-ups

I’m not looking to make the new TSM. This is not guaranteed to grow into a competitive team for the big leagues. This is not what I’m looking for, yet. I’m sure you’re thinking, this is a Gold 2 scrub. Why do they believe they are capable of making a team? Let me tell you something about me. I’m a motivated, dedicated, hard-working person. My Elo is poor, you’re right. I could blame it numerous things, but I'm not going too. I’m a person who is growing to the game, learning how to work as a team. I’m learning the tools how to not only become a better player but a better teammate.

I will not be coaching the team as of right now I'm just making the team happen. I will find a coach/manager if the team hits off. As of right now, there will be no battle for a "leader". As a team we will discuss who is capable of shot calling.

This isn't going to be a place where you’re going to dread coming to practice. This is going to be a place where you’re going to communicate, understand and enjoy playing as a team. There will be no flaming, yes, there will be times where you do get called out – but that’s normal. If you can’t take being told what you did wrong or you constantly justify why you’re dead then we’re going to have some issues right off the bat. We’re going to grow as players and as a team. Be prepared to go through a lot of players. People are going to come and go. No one is forever.

Understanding

Communication (Yes, a Headset is a MUST)

Skill (I’m not talking about winning your lane. Be able to understand mechanics, Meta, teamwork, objectives, pushing, split pushing, comps)

Jungler, ADC, Mid, Top (I'll be Supporting - so a heads up to my future ADC, prepared to spend a lot of time playing and communicating)

Versatile. I don't care if you are number one Twisted Fate BR. As a teammate and as a team, we will learn to play what is going to work.

We will be doing Ranked 5’s for practice. Of course until we have a set group of 5 this will be something done in draft until so.

I will only consider those who are at least Gold 4 and above. Understanding we aren't going to get a Diamond/Challenger/Master player on an unranked team.
