Serious Plat 5 Team Looking For a Jungler

Why do you want to join? You want to join the team because we are all very fun hard working people. Me and the other leader have created and environment where we are more like a family business than anything else. We put our players first and always want to hear feedback from every player and improve not just as individuals but as a team. Getting a spot on the team can be hard and it will require you to have something special about you as a player. As one of the 2 leaders i hope to be able to talk to every one of my players on a personal level so we can get that bond going and develop trust. Making sure that the players are happy is a key part of being a leader for me.

Why do we want you to join? Simply put we want to fill our roster with quality players. I strongly believe that quality is way more important than quantity so we do not want to have to move players out of the team but everyone understands that if your play starts to falter your spot with be in danger. We want this team to be great not good. As a team bringing in new players can be a good thing because it gives more perspective and different experiences to the team.

Team goals for the 2015-2016 season 1.) Make high diamond 2.) Win a big tournament 3.) Keep improving ** Why do i have these for the teams goals?** Because with the players we have it is easy to achieve these goals with improvement. You cant force change but you can stimulate it with constant practice. Improvement will only happen when you want it to and striving to reach these goals will help the team improve, not just as individuals but again as a team.
