Creating a semi serious team (I don't care about elo) I want you to want to get better!

I've been playing the game since season 3 when Vi was first released. I made Silver s3 and have been gold 1 the past two seasons. I'm looking to fill all roles atm. I have a lot of game knowledge and shot-calling experience with ranked fives. I focus on team comps and playing to the strengths of the team as a whole not as individuals. We will have practice times two days a week three hours each. These are the time that the team most be on and ready to play as a team. The times are tbd due to making it fit your RL schedules.
