Plat+ looking for someone to duo with or a team

Here's my story

played 3 months made it to plat quit and just came back. got a new account 7/3 in placement's went to silver 2 in a week made it to gold 2 just got demoted to gold3. I'm much better than gold but solo'n takes you nowhere. it's a flip of a coin if you have someone even competent to play their own champ in this elo. I play ALOT and want someone who does as well. with a duo partner could easily make it to diamond this season.

I am a analyst in real life and a very competitive gamer. These correlate with eachother because I have broken down this game into a system I know what to do and when to do it. everything is timed and champ selection matters always. I have strategys, and champion selections that would dominate the 5v5 ranks.
