Silver 5, looking for a Rank team

i been playing this game for the past 3 years, and i have improved as much as i could alone, now i want to take my support skill out there and improve with a team, my in game name is LordIceman56, my strongest support are, Thresh, Blitzcrank, Nami, Leona, Bruam, annie, sona, soraka, karma, Taric, and sometime Malphite when i play with a ADC Kalista. I have a working Microphone, i also have, TeamSpeak 3, Curse, Skype, mumble, i can download other programes if i need to, how ever i would like to avoid Ventrilo.
