Looking for a 3v3 team and 5v5 team.

Hello I'm a sliver 3 looking for a 3v3 and(or) 5v5 team. I'm really friendly and workable with my teammates. I'm very active in LoL. Especially for this week (ends Thrusday Oct. 8th might be going back to work depending if I heal fully from my surgery) I also have a teamspeak server for my team to use; as well as skype but I prefer teamspeak.
