Whiteout eSports Looking for Silver 2 - Gold 1 Players For Tournament Team

Hey there. Name's Scaythe. Currently managing a high elo tournament team known as Blackout eSports.

Well Blackout eSports is now founding a new "Gold tier" team called Whiteout eSports. This team will participate in Gold elo capped tournaments and will practice multiple times a week to build synergy and mechanics. As this is a fairly serious team, their are a few ground rules:

  • You must show up to practices when scheduled or you will be removed from the team
  • You must be an active player, playing two times a week won't cut it
  • You must download curse voice, have a good quality mic and not produce unnecessarily background feedback during games
  • You must be able to take criticism and not go on tilt during/proceeding games
  • Understand this isn't a casual team and treat it as such. We want to practice and win games.
  • I will not accept applicants below Silver Two AND if in Gold, promotion to plat will actually be grounds to remove you from the team because we can no longer use your services
  • The mid lane position is taken

I'm good with communication and I have a sense of humor. I know you said this is a serious team, and I take my play seriously, but I do joke around a little. If that'll be an issue I'll tone it down though. I'm good about my vision control. Also, my IGN is jack Frost, which fits with the Whiteout name pretty well. Can't argue with that. How would you describe how your communication in CV? If I'm ahead and doing well I take the lead and make calls, if I'm behind I follow others lead and farm up and find a way back into the game

What makes you different than other players? I started playing ranked in April this year and climbed from bronze 2 to gold one in the end of June. I stopped playing solo queue because of how toxic the players were becoming, and I wasn't enjoying myself. I learn champions quickly and I'm looking to start focusing on one role and I would like to do that on a ranked team.

ARE YOU SERIOUS ABOUT BEING ON A TEAM?! YES!! This is exactly what I'm looking for and I'm exactly the player you're looking for! Im not interested in climbing higher in solo queue, but I still want to play competitively. I know my schedule is a bit weird but I can rotate my days off/weekends off for tournaments and I would really appreciate it if you could work practices around me. You will not be disappointed.

NOTE: I hate to be a pain but I can't quite make either try out date. The 25th I'm available all day up until soccer match (I help coach high school) and available again around 7:30 PST and the 27th I would be available starting at 9:30 PST. I hope this works for you!

There are a few champions missing from my pool, it really is hard to determine them all at once. I assume my play will matter more than anything else... And if there is a lack of demand for top lane, I'm sure that with the meta shifting slightly I can make my reappearance there.

Well with the new adc play style/meta it's kind of become hard to be diverse but I pride myself in my ability to maintain a stable lead whether it be in cs or kills and I always avoid putting myself in poor situations that could cause me to loss such leads. Can you use CV? Yes, I can.

Role: Mid/Jungle, and I can sub as ADC, as I am also skilled in that role, but it appears that the majority of others on here are ADC

Champion Pool: I mained Orianna last season, struggling a bit this year in solo que to get her going. I also play Ahri , Zed , Khazix , Katarina , Kennen , Lissandra , Leblanc , and Syndra , in the mid lane. In the Jungle, I LOVE Zac , and LeeSin , as well as Khazix , Elise , and Aatrox .

Are you interested in being a sub if you do not make the team? Pending the exact situations, and circumstances, of course!

How would you describe how your communication in CV? I am a natural leader, but I stuggle when I lack synergy. Building a bond with the team first would be required, and after that, I love to call shots, take glory/blame, and help my fellow team members. I push my team, but I always make sure they are in no way negatively affected by my comments.

What makes you different than other players? I'm a clutch player.
