Looking for other players

I am a low-elo player who is looking to get out of bronze (again). I usually carry most of my games but, it's very difficult to win a 1v9 (if you get my drift). In other words, I almost always have a positive KDA, but I just can't carry hard enough to win games single-handedly. So, I'd like a little help. I carried myself to Silver last season, and I'd like to get there again this one. As of this post, I am B3 and I carry most of my games with Warwick JG. However, I am a rather experienced player and can fill any role. If you are like me, please add me and invite me to a ranked q. I'm looking for someone like me, who carries games, but just needs a little push to consistently win.

So what I'm looking for: Experienced players (champion mastery of at least 200) Someone with a positive KDA. Low ELO (Silver-Bronze) Someone who performs well with a professional and mature attitude. Someone who communicates well in game (uses smart pings, and focuses crucial objectives). Someone with a thick skin (never surrender in ranked, able to mute toxic players without arguing).

What I'm not looking for: One-trick ponies (players who excel with one champ only with no backup). Players who waste time arguing with teammates. Players with a negative KDA. High ELO Smurfs (Sorry, but I feel that bullying less-talented players is unethical and dishonorable) Players who do not understand smart-pings or basic in-game lol terminology (OOM, F, AFK, B, BOTRK, etc.) Players who give up easily instead of exhausting all possible options (i.e. ff at 20 just because your lane lost)

I don't think you're going to find anyone in low elo that doesn't one-trick/climb with flavour of the week picks. No clue as to why you'd look down on a one trick pony anyways, they know much more in depth about one specific champion than anyone else in the games you will play.

There are several reasons for this:

  1. If your main gets banned, then you are forced to play a champ that is not up to competitive level play. (i.e. you're a Fizz main but, he gets banned so you have to go to a backup, which you are able to play moderately well, even in ranked, but not carry.) I need someone who can help carry, if they can only carry ranked games with their main, and that main gets banned, then it reduces our chances of winning.

  2. If you are not familiar with the enemy's picks it can effectively reduce your ability to counterplay. For instance, many low elo players do not know the rock-paper scissors aspect of competitive play (especially in solo q) and do not know how to play against certain champions, even with their main.

  3. Finally, it undermines the enemy's ability to counterpick. For example, you could be an Akali main, and go mid against a moderate Galio player and simply get outplayed due to Galio's kit, regardless of mechanics.

So if you personally have a main and a backup, please add me, and I would be happy to answer any more questions that you may have.

No one likes to admit they've been outplayed.
