Seeking Mature Group of People for Team Ranked Before Season Ends!

I've played since beta, solo rank is something I wouldn't brag about, we all know or think we should be in a higher tier than we should be of course, going from either gold, silver, back to bronze which I hardly have played league anymore, especially this year so that shows in that. And I do hate which has took the fun away from me in this game is that in rank if you aren't near that good reward border, you're gonna looked down on as a peasant. But I would like to find a mature group of players for Ranked teams to try to end on a good note before season ends. People who don't ARGUE, or BLAME teammates, and don't stress themselves out over a minor mistake. I'm in my 30s so it would be nice to find people who are near my age group who just want to play on a decent ranked team and not worry about who is what rank tier, but know that we can step up and perform. I main top and mid btw.
