Gold Player Looking for serious 5's to play at Night PST

I have played on a few teams, finished 2nd on a MobaFire tourney as Mid laner, and 4th on a Go4lol tourney as a Mid laner. My best mid laners in Solo Q are: Brand (70% Win Rate) 17-7 Annie (83% Win Rate) 10-2 Varus (67% Win Rate) 14-7 Mainly Play Orianna, Ziggs, and LB when playing on a team for more synergy, not great solo q records though.

I can play Support very well also: Thresh (87% Win Rate) 7-1 Morgana (100% Win Rate) 3-0 Also good with Leona, Blitz, Taric, and Nautilus (FYI I have been supporting Naut since S3, long b4 it became Meta, still on occasion I support Cho (2-0), prolly be Meta soon)

I'm a decent Jungle but never committed to the role, but would be willing improve for a team: I play Vi, Tryndamere, Rammus, Amumu, Shyvana, and Xin I am slowly trying to learn Pantheon and Noc for more team synergy picks

I have been playing since Season 1, mainly for fun and only a couple times have I really tried to push my Tier up, however I never got past Gold 1. I have however played many games on a "Joint" account with my buddy which is Plat 3 and I do pretty well. I understand the roles of each position, and even have the foresight to see things work even before it becomes Meta; see Naut note above.

I am fully committed to improve on all aspects of the game if a serious team would like to have me. I have never been a super awesome ADC or Top, but again I would work hard at those roles as well if a team was patient while I learn to master the role.

I would only be able to practice after 9pm PST until 1am PST; Monday thru Fri; I would be open to play on the weekends if we had a schedule placed ahead of time. I would most definitely want to get back into the Tournament challenges, so I would like a team that has already established goals and expectations.
