s5 support main lf duo or teams

currently s5, was s1 last season, currently maining support looking for a duo partner or ranked team. i can play top/jungle if need be.

support champions: annie, alistar, jana, naut, blitz, bard, shen, braum, soraka, morgana, thresh, lulu, karma, leona, kennen jungle: shyvana, nunu, jarvan, reksai, lee sin, elise, nidalee, rengar, fiddle, gragas, khazix, nocturne, panth, olaf, vi top: gnar, vlad, maokai, sion, rumble, lulu, kassadin, kennen, fizz, mundo, renekton

i can play the champions listed comfortably, but some i perform better than on others. my top 3 supports would be braum, janna, and morg. jungle shyvana, nunu, nocturne. top gnar, maokai, lulu. i can play mid if no one calls, which would be a rarity, but i usually play safe with lulu in mid. i avoid adc, but usually fall on lucian when i have to play.
