Looking for a five man queue. Duo bot, top, and jungle

I need some people to five man queue with. I'm a mid lane assassin type of person (Leblanc, Fizz, Zed). I;m looking for people who are really looking to climb. I'm in B3 right now, silver 4 last season and im having a hard time getting out. I didnt get ranked till the end of season 5 and when i did, i won more games being in silver 4 than how many im winning in bronze 5. I'm looking for a jungler who doesn't play master yi. The ganks are needed, not the afk farm. Need a duo bot lane who can click very well. A top laner who can either win lane or hold off so they can at least be useful in team fights. Tanky tops and supports are preferred but if you can do it with the squishy supports go for it. Junglers who are fighters (off tank high damage champs) seem to be the best from my experience, besides kindred. I'm looking for people who are serious about winning. Voice communication is a definite must. Teamspeak is preferred. Skype isn't meant for gaming. Add me on League if you're interested )and comment here)
