Looking For More (GOLD V - GOLD 1) for semi-serious R5s (Coach as well)

I want to get a group of 5-10 people together to play regularly (3-5 times a week depending on schedules). My goal is to hit Gold in ranked 5s (I was Gold V last season in Ranked 5s) and improve as a team--aiming for plat either at the end of this season or next season. IF YOU DON'T FILL OUT THE APPLICATION I WILL NOT TRY YOU OUT. Feel free to add me in game to discuss this further, however.

Practice will be between 7-11 EST (or 3-9 EST if the team so decides) 3-5 days a week determined the week prior.

I just need prior warning so I can get off of work. WHY I SHOULD PICK YOU OVER THE GUY THATS BETTER THAN YOU: I will admit, I am anything but the best. But I am willing to learn. I am all heart. I am also way too much of an analyst.... I got these ideas that I have developed by using statistics with LoL and greatly improving my situational/decision-making skill (my jinx rockets almost always hit haha... I mostly aim for top lane). Like I have a trick that guarentees first blood (well 60-90% chance of success depending on enemy speed and elo) and it is impossible for it to backfire. With a good support, I always snowball. If I synergize with my team, I can carry, but that means I am only as good as my support and other teammates. I never rage because negativity loses games. I never surrender because there is always a chance. I love this game. I love playing it serious with teammates because wonders happen when we all work together. If I get a chance. I just want a chance. >.< SOMETHING YOU SUCK AT IN GAME (YOU NOONE ELSE): Mechanical skill, well, mostly reaction time. I guess maybe that is why I am decent at playing an aim bot. I am working on it. It is the reason why I say I am as good as my teammates, because sadly, the mechanical skills I am working on improving get made up for by my team's ability to peel. Beyond that my situational skill makes up for all the rest. Edit: so apparently before the server move, an average 100 ping was not good at all. I drastically improved on my mechanical skills mainly due to the fact that I now HAVE a reaction time to dodge abilities even more than I used to.
