Fresh new commnity, dFlat, looking for new members

We are a growing community of semi-competitive League of Legends players, dedicated to improving our skills through self analytical team play and competitive tournament play, while still keeping things fun and non strict.

We believe that the most fun way to experience League of Legends is through organized, competitive play with cool, friendly and tilt-proof people cooperating with each other to improve at the game.

We all have lives beyond the game though, so to keep things casual, we don't use strict team rosters, but instead form them on the go by always having enough people online to form multiple regular rosters.

Never play solo again!

What do we do: Become a regular and join us in playing:

• scrims between in-house and outside teams
• regular tournaments on challengermode.com and other platforms with cash and RP rewards
• upcoming riots official in-client tournaments

Or drop in whenever at your own whim to join others in playing:

• 5man flex laddering
• duo queue laddering
• custom practice games to target specific skills

We also promote our members to participate in jolly cooperation by doing:

• replay analysis and coaching
• brainstorming on strategies and team comps
• learning resource sharing, and creating
• general and casual socializing on the community's discord server

What are our goals: Long term, we plan on growing our community of like minded players to span across both EUW and EUNE servers. With time, members will naturally form multiple regular rosters on different skill tiers, to participate in in-house scriming, regular tournament attendance and other planned events.

Every member is able to get out of this community as much as he is prepared to invest in it. We'll be looking for people to promote to higher ranks, to help us with community management, moderation and growth.

Recruitment and application prerequisites: Currently, we are recruiting players on EUW server, starting out with players ranked somewhere around silver to plat.

The following prerequisites must be met by all members:

• Must be above 16 years of age
• Good spoken english and a microphone for voice communication
• A tilt-proof improvement focused mindset
• League of Legends rank exceeding silver and below platinum
