Silver 5 jungler looking for a team to join or make

I can play any lane and have champion pools for each but I work in the jungle for the most part. I've done solo que and made it to silver 2 but there's too often afk's or a lane that feeds before 6. Looking for a group I can work with to hit gold and then progress. I generally try and counter pick my jg against their jungler. Main jg champs are Sion, Vi, Twisted Fate, Akali, Panth, Shaco, Shyvana, and will soon have nocturne and lee sin who I dont have on this account but will be getting shortly.
