Hi i play league of legends for a lot of time and i realy want to get a PBE account to test the new champs and skins.Btw i had a account named PatrickSpartanu and i got scamed,and that guy who taked my account banned it can u also get my account back pls [slayer-jinx-catface]

Unfortunately the PBE is currently not accepting new applications. Due to the heavy testing of the new client a substantial number of PBE testers were added and until their numbers drop PBE signups are closed.
As for account recovery the boards is not the proper place for that. I recommend that you Submit a Ticket. I am going to lock this thread since it isn't the proper place for either of your questions. If you require more follow up on either of these I suggest making a new post in either Miscellaneous/General Discussion asking about the PBE. Account issues should be kept to ticket submissions.
