LF duo q ranked partner (supp, jungle, mid, top w/e)

So atm I'm currently in silver 5 elo, was gold 5 last season, and I desperately want it back. I'm so annoyed losing promos and what nots of which I shouldn't in the first place. Having a duo would be that much better for me. I main adc, and sometimes mid, so I prefer someone else who can either support, or carry a lane... would be most ideal. IGN - unknownsoldierx
