Looking for a group.

I would like to create a group or join a group of players who actually wanna play and get better. I am tired of playing with trolls, AFKers, and leavers. Its old and I'm only level 11. I'm not having fun when I lose because someone on my team wants to quit or feed cause someone called him a name.

Please serious replies. I want to get better. If this keeps up id probably just quit and never come back, This community so far has been absolute trash. I would like to see if there are any real players who wouldn't mind playing a few games with me.
