Looking to make a Ranked 5's team SIlver-Gold pref

I want to make a team, but I do not want to run the team. If I was to run the team it wouldn't go anywhere, so looking for somebody that will be a "co-creator" of the team. Fill out the form or respond to this. I am a Silver 4 mid lane main, who has dearly been looking for a serious team for awhile, that wants to have a serious team. I would like to have practice times, scrims (maybe), and join a tournament from here to there. Looking for some people that want to make friends, but also improve each other on their league play.
