[LFM] Recruiting Gold/Silver Players for Semi-Serious Ranked Team!
Hello all! Ranger714 here. After briefly playing with a Platinum 4 ranked team last season and deeply enjoying the experience, a friend (Blahguy41) and I are looking to create a team of our own for Season 5. Our main goal in this endeavor is to provide a more structured playing environment to League of Legends for those in the team; we will climb the ranked ladder as best we can, and may enter a tournament or two if we decide to as a team.
Like I briefly mentioned above, this will be a structured playing environment where we can improve and compete as a team. Practice and play times will be scheduled on a week-by-week basis; we are busy people, and know that there are many other busy people who want to give something like this a go. We think this format would work best for everyone involved. We will discuss Tournament or League play once we form the team. We’re not ruling it out or confirming it just yet.
We don’t have many requirements to meet as far as playing with us goes. All we want are members looking to have fun, get better, and work together to play. We ask that you are of Silver rank or higher (I was Gold 1 at the end of last season, and Blahguy41 was Gold V), and that you are a mature and positive player open to trying new things to help the team succeed. Blahguy41 and I are going to fill the starting Mid and Jungle roles, respectively, but if you want to try out for one of those positions, we are open to having subs on the team as well. Filling out the Questionnaire below would help us out as far as selecting players goes. If we like what we see, one of us will send you a friend request and we will play a couple games with you to see if you’re a good fit for our team. We look forward to seeing you guys on the Rift!

Do You Have Any Questions For Us? List them here: Now I've been on several teams and have played with players from Challenger to Gold over the years. My main concern is that a team has to keep each other focused. Do you and your friend do that already? Communication is key, and during games there's too much "static" where teams spend more time talking about w/e rather than staying focused on the game. So you do that already?
