Looking for serious and dedicated people to do ranked 3's with. Gold+ Pref, high Silver is ok

Looking for people who are dedicated and somewhat serious about ranked 3's and are willing to play and not necessarily quit easy. My goal would be to get a 3v3 team to gold and would prefer people who share this goal so it's more likely attainable (Also I just like having a goal, makes it more fun and satisfying and gives you something extra to play for). But really whatever rank we get doesn't matter too much to me, I just enjoy 3's and would like to try and see where we can go. I'm a trustworthy person and will never kick anyone off the team and be a scumbag, even if (for example) we play for like a month and never play again until the season ends.
