Plat 1 main top!, searching for team who wanna improve and getto higher ranks like diamond/masters

I wanna improve and play with a team who are at the same level as me or higher. In top lane and jungle i have a pretty expanded champion pool. If you guys think i need to learn a specific champ that´s in the meta i can do it. I learn champions pretty fast. My weakness is that i don´t have the best mapvision but i´m certain that i can learn to have some better mapvision with a team that can help me. My strong side is that im good at laning phase, i have a pretty good understanding of the game and i have som pretty good mechanics with SOME champions. I´m only 16 years but i wanna become better and make it to master at least. And i´ve played since S3. Add me if you need a top laner in your team ;). I have Curse and Skype to communicate in game! speaks english and swedish. I play in EU west.
