To start id like to say a bit about us. Esg gaming is an expanding organization with several lol teams currently. As of right now our newly formed plat team is in need of an experienced coach to help us come together and progress as a team. We play on entering cash prize tourneys as well as lcs style leagues. Points of interest include macro analysis of games, team comps, and pick ban/draft phase. A perfect match for us right now would be a casual coach who can help guide us with the basics of team play.
