Looking for a support for ranked 5's team

Diamond 3 + team looking for a support of the same rank. We are looking for someone who know their role, is mentally balanced (honestly thought I wouldn't need to specify this) , is passionate about the game, follows the pro scene and is willing to commit to a 2 night a week schedual.

Furthermore, you are expected to play on your own a few games (3+) every week. In other words, you don't only show up for ranked 5's. You are expected to work on improving on your own.
