Looking for a casual team that wants to teach and learn together

Aside from all the serious teams in ranked and high/low elos, I know somewhere out there are some folks who come on often enough, but are basically by themselves most of the time. I am one of those summoners. I'm looking to make or join a team that is open to going through PvP, including ARAM, teaching each other how to make plays, how to mesh together various champions that expand our playing styles/abilities, and generally have fun without taking things too seriously.

I love LOL, but I find I'm matched up with players who have no patience in ARAM and would rather take over the map complaining that their teammates know nothing instead of helping them. I am so absurdly interested in learning the mechanics of the game, improving my game play, but I don't want to feel obligated or pressured to keep up rank when I might be focused on fine tuning a certain champion.
