Looking for a Team Jungle/Support/Top/Mid

Can pretty much play all lanes with ADC being my weakest. I do my best in the Jungle. Just looking for a 5 man team to play with to climb the ranks and have fun. Im not toxic, dont rage, and can take criticism. I've been playing since the end of Season 2 and have been Jungling since the middle of Season 3. Couple lane stats:

Jungle: Vi, Xin, Sej Top: Tryn, Riven, Vlad Mid: Ahri, LeBlanc, Swain Support: Thresh, Janna, Nami ADC: Lucian, Quinn, Vayne
