Wanting a serious laid back team!

So my work schedule is kinda messed up, so i don't have enough time to really dive into a really serious team, but i still want to be apart of one. I had the idea of a team that meets up about two or three nights at most to play league together, slowly getting better and just enjoying ourselves, while still taking the game seriously.
