Looking for team for Ranked 5s! [Silver Support]

Hello everyone, I'm NeuroCardio and I'm a relatively new player - began playing at the start of Season 5. Having played my first provisionals, I landed in Silver 5 a week ago and am now in Silver 3, currently in promos. I'm looking to join a ranked team somewhere around my level that is need of a support. While I main Leona, I'm also decently proficient with Raka, Janna, and Thresh. You can check my op.gg, but if you are seriously considering me I would prefer to play a game, as my KDAs and w/l ratio may be skewed by the fact that I sometimes play at a place with bad internet (would not be a problem in planned ranked 5s games).
