Looking for Ranked Team S5 and Up

I can play jg, mid, top in that order and I feel I can add a lot to a team. I was ranked s5 in season 4 and I haven't finish provisional yet due to the fact it can sometimes get me angry.

Jg- Pantheon , Amumu , J4 , Udyr , and VI Mid- Kassidin , Talon and Free rotation I try to learn a lot of mids (I am also saving up ip to buy more) Top- J4 , Pantheon , Jax , Xin Zhao (Will play him if only necessary) , Warwick , Vi , and Kassidin
