item 3070 My teammates are holding me back, need a duo who doesn't feed all game and understands how to actually play the game so they can carry me. GG item 3070

Duo que increases your teams mmr artificially. So technically it makes your team worse.

This is true, but in bronze having a worse team, but one other player you can depend on to actually know how to play the game, is better than rolling the dice on 4 other people.
