I'm not level 9, but I can give you some pointers

Don't tower dive at low levels, and even at higher levels towers are deadly without tankniess. If you are going to tower dive, you want to be positive you can get a kill.

CS(Creep Score), or the amount of minions you kill is integral to winning the game. Say you miss the final hit on 5 minions. That's about 100 Gold missed, which can add up to a lot later on.

Don't play too aggressively m early on unless you have a strong early game(like Garen) or have lots of harassment in lane(like Ziggs). Otherwise, play it safe and punish opponents for slip ups.
