Looking for players for Dynamic Queue (Plat+)

I'm looking for people that are looking to climb. We will be using discord. However, if I or the other people we queue with feel that you are not fitting the needs of the "team" than you will be asked to leave. It is nothing personal it is just for the sake of climbing the ranks, I'm looking for people who are serious about climbing. When we queue I will likely play Ezreal, mostly bot and mid, but I can play him anywhere. Constructive criticism will be used, if you can't take it don't bother asking.
