Why are you interested in joining? I always do better with a team.

Do you take constructive criticism well? Yea if its really criticism and not flaming.

How much team ranked experience do you have? Never had a solid 5 man team that plays together every day/week but I do play a lot of premades with voice comm.

Weakness: Forget to upgrade trinket sometimes.

Strengths: Can almost guarantee winning my lane and staying positive.

IGN: Mackledaddy Time Zone: EST ; Available every day after 6PM unless otherwise stated. Rank: Silver V Position: Sub (Can play all roles; Support > Jungle > Top > ADC > Mid [Most preferred to least]) Champion Pool: Can be discussed privately. Why are you interested in joining?: I have some free time and figured that since I made myself wait till Gold to find a team to play as a starter in, I can make some friends and learn new things while subbing.

Do you take constructive criticism well?: Yes, I thrive off of it. Except if you present it in a patronizing/ aggressive way. Also calling out someone or putting them on the spot =/= constructive criticism imho. How much team ranked experience do you have?: I've personally lead 2 teams and participated in 4. All disbanded. Never have participated in a tournament. Weakness: Overconfidence, overly aggressive, will not risk myself to save teammates if it's their fault that they died / lost objectives, itemization. Strenghts: Warding, keeping track of summoner spells, map awareness, clutch shields / heals, peeling, adaptability, good synergy
