Looking to Improve at League - Need Group, Team, or Duo

Hi,

I'm a long time League player (since beta!), and though I've always been a fairly casual player, lately I've been wanting to fine tune my skills at the game and maybe take on some ranked play eventually. I'm looking for a team, group, or duo partner who has the same mindset as I do.

Here's a few things about myself:

  • I play to have fun, first and foremost. I enjoy trying different strategies, builds, lane comps, etc. I like to break away from the meta every now and then.
  • I do not rage, troll, feed, throw, etc. I am human and do have days where I'm cranky, but I promise you won't want to block and report me after a bad game.
  • I don't consider myself an amazing player, but I do have a firm grasp on gameplay mechanics and feel I have the potential to be good, with practice. I greatly prefer mages in general - mid and support are my favorite roles, but I'll willingly play whatever.
  • I'm online often, usually somewhere between 2pm to 4am PST. I would like to play often, even just one or two games a day.
  • I would GREATLY prefer to use voice chat - Skype, Vent, TS, Mumble.... whatever works.
  • I also enjoy playing ARAM games every now and then to unwind and have a little bit of fun.

Also, I'm 23 and would prefer to play with people around my age.

If you would like to play a few games just let me know. I'd really prefer people to post on the thread first before adding me, just so I know what they're looking for.

Hi my in game name is Lupinfire, i'm 19 and i played since season 3. i play for fun in ranked and normal but i do play serious when the people i play with is serious about the match. I'm currently looking for a duo partner or team because playing alone gets boring sometimes. I almost never rage, since i don't really care about the win or lose. Add me if you're interested.

Hey, just thought I would drop in and ask what rank you are? I am 24.. have been playing since the beginning of S2. Gold V last season. Haven't played the game in a few months and found myself drawn back into it. I have multiple people on my flist, but a majority are people that I don't know. I have TS, Skype, GameVox. Have our own TS server. If you are interested send me an add: I Cant Last Hit I can play pretty much anything except JG. I can help you, and kinda coach you through playing if you wanted. Unless you can coach me too, either which way.

Hi, i have been playing league casually for a few years. Took a few breaks here and there and after coming back to league a month ago i have decided to make to climb to atleast gold and claim this seasons victorious skin. I play alot of normals for now, need to learn a few champs again before going back into ranked. Mainly play jungle > supp > top > mid > adc in that order let me know if you would be up for a game or 2 sometime. ign: twistedwhispers

I mostly play for fun but wouldnt mind getting serious about some games......i play quite often at least 5 days a week. I have been looking to add some people to my friends list. May I ask what roles you are focusing on practicing? And also if you have any goals for ranked?

Heres attempt 2:

I am 26, have 2 chat options at this point (Skype and Curse chat) and mainly play support. If interested, hit me up. I've been playing league since early 2010, first break point was when Shaco first came out. I've never really gotten into ranked seriously but have been dabbling a bit and refining my skills. Seems like my best champs atm are TwistedFate or Sejuani.

  1. I do get hyped when I'm snowballing, so there's a flaw. on the other side, I do try to boost the ego of my team mates to push us towards victory.
  2. I have been known to trash talk. However these days, I've turned all chat off to focus in on my gaming. usually reserved if called for after game. And generally its a thumbs up GG type deal.
  3. I don't have the availability to be on at moments notice, but usually play for hours at a time when I am on. (i.e, right meow)
  4. Prefer to play with people with voice chat options, and upon notification of having to dl a new client for purposes of a game, I would... If that team were to be present for multiple games.
  5. I enjoy this game. It shows, with the champ pool I have and the numerous games under my belt. I don't get mad or offended easily when I'm a bit behind. as a matter of fact, It usually pushes me to do better when someone attempts to bash on me after a death.
  6. Please be able to lane swap (if solo laning!) as it is crucial to counter picks. However, chill normal games are just that, chill. So, if we lose there, no qq's are to be had. I adapt pretty well!
