Recruiting for a serious team

I am a board member with bolt media and am looking to expand our horizons by creating 2 league of legends team to grow together and hopefully make it onto the esports scene. We do not expect for this to happen quickly and will do everything we can to help you grow as a player. We need dedicated people who can put in the time and are not to quick to anger. your teammates may be better or worse then you but we are here to grow as a team. We also look down upon trash talk and just overall negativity. We are currently looking to fill all spots on the team I am in charge of. I would like to know your age time zone hours you will be able to play and the position with top 3 champions in that position.

When it comes to chat clients we use discord. You don't need to get it now as I will use whatever you use for tryouts but I will require you to download it if selected. I hope to have all the tryouts and team decisions done by Friday the 11th of march so we can begin practice as soon as possible. There will be 2 teams in the organization and we will have scrimmages to determine which team is 1 and which is 2.
