B2 Mid LF Silver Flex Group

I've been soloing my way through bronze, would be nice to have some company.. I main kassadin mid (70%+ win rate) and renekton top... voice com is preferred... I'm not looking to play with players who flame, tilt easily, or don't go for objectives in game. Most of the time I go for the win instead of tilting from being behind.
