LF Duo Partner to duo together our way out of bronze

I am in b4 currently, wanting to get to Silver and Gold if possible. I have been trying to solo my way out of bronze, but unfortunately no matter how hard I try trolls, afkers, and feeders screw my games up. I would like to duo with someone who knows how to turn games around, and also is a hyper carry (adc, mid, or jungle). I play Mon-Fri (10:00 am - 3:30 pm and then from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm). I can play all roles and rarely lose my lanes. If anyone is interested add me.
