Unranked experienced competitive player looking for team

hey im André 20yo, Mafs in game, i've never played league seriously altough i always tought it to be a top tier game, the main reason was probably cus i like Counter strike more and i think league didnt have/has the right training methods (lacks sometype of DM or extensive mechanic training)

i feel like league is a game that can benefit heavily from voice communication and structured play, something that only a small percentage of players play with, and as usual best way to get better is in a team enveiroment, im a very experienced competitive player and i can easily translate my experience into ways that can help a team

since i never achieved anything relevant on league, i will state my gaming experience, basicly i was good on counter strike almost at a semi-pro level, i understand very well how a team should work, and how to improve our team structure to make it way better in anything that we do

what i ask for in a team is simple, 0 toxicity, ability to take and give constructive criticism, being frontal and no filter, and being ambicious most of all, doing dumb shit and saying "who cares it worked" is definitly not acceptable, i rather lose games knowing everyone played well, then win playing like retards

i think thats it, im in no position to ask for more than that, idc for how good are your mechanics rank etc i just want as said above a team with the mindset to go further

i used to play mid-lane and the highest i achieved was plat4 s2, altough it was my first month playing league, after that i made my own account and barely played, because i think playing solo is a waste of time and because league doesnt have a DM mode, i can play ANY lane/role needed, im just like clay waiting to be molded :p
