[LFM] for rank 5's (silver/gold)

What I need:

Players with majority of champions. Players who are silver, gold or have vast experience about league. Players who want to get team rank 5 gold+ Players with mic + skype. (Who are vocal) Players who encourage others rather than discouraging them. (ex constructive criticism + praise [VS] raging + bullying) Positions needed: Top, Jungle, Support.

What I plan to do with the team:

Practice daily or every other day. Encourage members to actively play / practice their role with the team. Enter in events on the boards and go4lol weekly. Build a team where synergy can be built. Discourage others on the team from pursuing negative attitudes over a loss or the performance of another. Take a couple minutes after a game to discuss great plays or plays that could have been better. (While not throwing people under the bus). In the event a quarrel occurs between the team I will get both sides of the story and handle it accordingly. (Toxic players will be booted immediately.) Create an environment where people can have a good time while learning to play the game better with each other. Build team compositions that work around champion pools while also encouraging others to increase their comfort zone with others. Build a variety of team compositions that the team can use in tournaments or events in case certain champions are banned or taken. Remind fellow members to treat each other the way they wish to be treated. I.E I'm not lowering the bar. Nothing less than human and to be respectful.

I am fully capable of playing mid as well, I have a diverse champion pool and am willing to switch between mid/ad for the sake of the team until core positions are set and the roster is accepted by majority of the team.
