Looking for members for a club for newbies and low elo players looking to improve.

Hey Guys!

I'm a relatively new LoL player who started playing mid season 5 and just finished my first placements in Bronze 3. I've been inspired to create a club for those like me looking to learn and help each other improve at the game. I'd like to introduce Green Sprouts. My new learning club. I know the name isn't anything typical or badass but I thought it was fitting. Green as in new and inexperienced. Sprout as in to grow. I'm looking for other like minded players to help each other improve at the game. I figured the boards would be a good place to find recruits. So to start things off, here are some general guidelines of what we do and don't want in the club.

First off this club will be for the NA server as that is where I'm based. Though I'd love to one day have affiliates on other servers as well.

Players who are new and or want to improve at the game in all aspects.

You must be willing to accept criticism of your play. If you want to grow you need to be willing to learn from your mistakes as well as your successes.

Toxicity will not be tolerated. While constructive criticism is encouraged we do not want any animosity or negative attitudes amongst our ranks.

Ideally our members should be in the Bronze to Gold range. I'd love to accept all players but space in clubs is currently limited. I feel that focusing on the group of players with the most room for growth to start will be best. I am willing to accept high elo players as well, though we may need to monitor the percentage of rank distribution to make sure that the lower level players are able to get the help they need. Unranked players could possibly join as they near their placements, but I feel like you'll learn more from just experiencing the game for yourself in the 1-30 range.

For similar reasons we won't be accepting smurf accounts. Space is limited, join on your main if you wish to. You can always ask to be invited to a game on your other accounts anyway.

I don't profess to be an expert on the game in any way (Bronze 3) and you don't have to be either. But I believe that as a community we can all contribute to help each other out. There is no skill requirement for joining the club. All in all, I'm looking to provide a friendly and encouraging environment for players wishing to improve their skill. This is not a group to be carried out of elo hell. This is a group to slowly and methodically grow overall out there on the rift.
