Looking for a solid team to get out of bronze

Hey guys, im trickblue, 26 yr old male, from nova scotia canada. im fairly new to league of legends (started playing at season 5.9) and im looking for a team that can cooperate and work together.

I was put into the bronze 1 seed this year, but due to my lack of exp in the beginning, and a gaggle of bad games, i am now bronze 5, i believe i am capable of gold, but one step at a time.

i like to main jungle/supp/adc in that order. nidalee/ trundle/ udyr for jung braum (mastery 6...little brag)/ thresh/ soraka for supp lucian/ jhin/ miss fortune for adc

ive never done teamspeak or skype before but im totally down for that.

my play availability varies were i am on call for work, but i can normally play between 11am tell 230pm Atlantic Daylight Time, and after work around 11pm ADT

if youre interested and take this game semi-serious (were not trying to be pros, just gimma dat LP!) shoot me a friend inv on LoL and well take it from there.

later days guys, hope to speak to some of yall soon : >)
