ADC/Mid Looking for a Gold+ team.

Hey I'm an ADC/Mid main looking for a team to play seriously/competitively on, and would love to do tournaments frequently. I have played League for about 5 1/2 years now, but can't seem to break through the gold barrier no matter how well I do. I have TS, CV, Skype, Mumble, and Vent, and can practice most weekdays about 4:30 to 8:30 PST, flexible on weekends except cant go past 8:30 on Sunday.
